Service-Based Work
VALORIA provides digital services that often include strategy, planning, design, development, content, campaign setup, and consultation. Because these services require time and custom work, refunds depend on project stage and agreed scope.
Before Work Starts
If a client cancels before project work begins, eligible payments may be refunded after deducting transaction fees or administrative costs where applicable.
After Work Starts
Once work has started, completed milestones, strategy work, audits, designs, content, meetings, and setup time are generally non-refundable. Any partial refund is reviewed based on undelivered scope.
Advertising Budgets
Advertising spend paid directly to platforms such as Google, Meta, or other third parties is subject to those platform policies and is not controlled by VALORIA.
Review Process
Refund requests should be submitted in writing with project details. VALORIA will review the request, completed work, and remaining deliverables before responding.
